Great!

It has been easy to use the platform to book my bus trips. When I got to the bus station, my trip has been paid and I just showed the email that I received to the driver. It is very convenient. I certainly recommend GirafaTravel and will continue using it.

Using the website platform was really easy and it makes travelling in a foreign country so much easier knowing that transport can be booked in advance. It was a little tricky trying to find the actual bus we were to take as the South and North Station of Tirana must have had at least a hundred buses and maybe ten of them had 'Berat' signs on them. However, when we asked the local staff members at the entrance, they were able to point us in the general direction of the bus. It would be helpful if there was a way that GjirafaTravel could make it clear which bus we are taking to minimise stress and help create an easier "check in" experience. HOWEVER... we will be using GjirafaTravel for the remainder of our time in Albania!
