How do I make a payment while booking?

You have the option to pay using a credit or debit card.

When can I make a reservation for my preferred route and date?

You can make a reservation for your preferred route and date up to two hours before the scheduled departure time of the bus.

Is it possible to reserve a ticket and pay for it later on the bus?

Unfortunately, no. The only accepted method of payment for your ticket is through a credit or debit card via the online portal.

Can I choose specific seats for my trip? Where can I sit?

When you book with GjirafaTravel, you secure a place on the bus. The bus operator will assign seats once you board the bus.

My trip has been canceled. Can I request a refund?

Of course yes! If you want to cancel your reservation, you must have selected one of our Travel Flex packages.
Basic Flex - Booking can be canceled up to 5 days before departure.
Premium Flex - Booking can be canceled up to 48 hours before departure.

What is your policy on refunds?

In order for us to refund your booking, you must have paid for one of our Travel Flex packages. Returns may take 5-10 business days from the time the request is made. *Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable.

Is it necessary to print my ticket?

Yes, most bus operators require passengers to have a printed copy of their bus ticket. The bus ticket is the attachment (PDF file) you received along with your purchase confirmation.
