Budapest to Prishtina bus

We had mixed experiences during this journey. On the positive side, I would like to highlight that communication with Gjirafa Travel’s customer service was very smooth and reassuring, and they helped us easily locate the bus at the departure point. However, the conditions of the trip were extremely disappointing: • The air inside the bus was unbearably smelly throughout the entire journey. • During the 12-hour trip, there was only one stop, which was very inconvenient for passengers. • The onboard toilet was unusable because it was being used to store a massive tire. • Suitcases could only fit in the toilet, which created a ridiculous situation. • Additionally, the bus driver smoked during the journey, which was both disturbing and completely inappropriate for this kind of service. Despite the positive experience with communication, the travel conditions did not meet our expectations. I hope Gjirafa Travel will improve the quality of its services because basic comfort and hygiene should be a priority for the benefit of passengers.
