I like that I don't need to print ticket or pay extra for baggage. Overall experience positive, minus small things not important.

Worked very well! The only problem was with the bus station, where they told me I had to print my ticket, which cost a couple euros.

Your platform works as it should, but in an error on my part, I got a ticket for the wrong day. Having the date clearly visible on the checkout page with the other important information would be very helpful!
