Exceptional service and professionalism We traveled with Classic Company from Kopyevo to Ohrid, and everything was smooth, fast, and very comfortable. The night ride was handled by a highly professional driver who made the trip feel safe and easy. Our next trip was from Ohrid to Tirana, scheduled for 6 AM. Due to a language barrier with some of the staff, we accidentally boarded the wrong bus — we were told it was going to Tirana, but it turned out our actual bus was a different one. What happened next truly surprised us: the company arranged a private transfer just for the two of us. The car came all the way from their office (about 30 minutes from the border), picked us up, and drove us across the border into Albania and all the way to Tirana — a 3-hour trip! Possibly, no one else had booked that bus, but still — they didn’t cancel it. They honored our tickets and provided a magical level of service that we had never seen before. We are extremely grateful and impressed. Highly recommended!
