Olgeno Travel & Tours: Bus Tickets, Schedules, and Lines

Price-performance ratio very good, bus drove safely. Travel time longer than planned because it stops for the locals in many different places, but for us that was not a problem

Online tickets were accepted by bus driver. Bus was large and comfortable and departed approximately on time.

The online booking process was quick and straightforward, which I really appreciated. However, I encountered several issues during the actual travel experience. When I presented my ticket to the drivers, it took quite a bit of explaining before they accepted it, which made things stressful. On one of my trips, I was even directed to the wrong bus for the second leg of the journey and ended up having to pay a second fare. Additionally, the departure times listed during booking didn’t match the actual schedules—for example, I booked a 7 PM bus, but the operator informed me that only a 3 PM bus was running that day (which I only found out after calling the tour operator just in case). Overall, while the platform is easy to use, better coordination and communication with local bus operators is definitely needed to ensure a smoother travel experience.
