Very good, they told me they could hold the bus for 15 min because my flight was delayed

Booking process is easy, however it is not convenient to have an hour window for the bus arrival time - there should be some way to track when the bus is arriving at said stop. It would also help to have the bus stops listed in case you miss a stop.

It was fine. But initial transport pick up via mini bus to the main bus was a bit chaotic; too many pax and not enough seats. Driver spoke no English so had no idea what was going on. But an additional taxi came and helped out. But other than that; it was fine.

It was a nice trip. Thank you. However, I forgot my sweatpants on the bus. If you could tell me which office I can pick them up from, that would be very helpful. Thank you.
