Your website is super user friendly and I never had any issues with payment! But the buses leave little to be desired! If they say they have WiFi, toilets and power outlets, then they should have those things. Some buses were filthy. One of the drivers was smoking AND texting while driving, which was dangerous and pissed me off as I cannot stand the smoke! Others made random stops along the way and often at lousy cafes/rest stops. I’ve had MUCH better experiences with FLIX busses. Also the price from Tirana to Podgorica was 20 EURO more than the other bus companies. The bus was NOT worth the extra money + we were 45 minutes late into Podgorica.
